Fire safety is critical

As stewards of our beautiful Omena Woods, it’s imperative that we remain vigilant about the safety and well-being of this beloved area.

Our consultations with local experts - the fire chief and two foresters tell us that the Omena Peninsula is a low-risk for fire.

However, preparation and knowledge are critical, which is why we are sharing the Fire Evacuation Plan that was created for us by the local department.
