When you become a member of the Omena Woods Association you become part of the solution to conserving and preserving our beautiful community for future generations to enjoy. If you are interested in an Omena Woods Association membership scroll down the page and fill out the form below. An association member will contact you to discuss your membership.
Become a Voting Member of the Omena Woods Association by purchasing a minimum of a one-quarter share for $2,500*. In addition members must reside and own property within the Omena Woods Association boundaries. Voting members enjoy all the benefits and privileges of membership, including voting on important issues at the association’s annual meeting. The initial share purchase price is not tax-deductible, since your purchase makes you an actual property owner in the association.
Voting members also pay annual dues of $140. (Subject to change)
*Because land values in Northern Michigan are rapidly increasing, the cost of becoming a voting member of the Omena Woods Association may change without notice.
